Delete your account

Removes your ResumeAI account and everything in it.

Have the app?

The quickest way is in the app: open Account and tap Delete account and data. It happens immediately.

Don't have the app anymore?

Request it here. This works for accounts you signed in to with Google or Apple.

  1. Enter the email address of your ResumeAI account.
  2. We email you a confirmation link. It works for 24 hours.
  3. Open the link and confirm. Your account is closed and subscriptions are cancelled right away, and all your data is permanently deleted within 7 days.

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, including your photo and any personal details
  • All your resumes, their saved versions and downloaded PDFs
  • Your conversations with the agent
  • Your credits, purchase history with us, and your customer record at RevenueCat
  • Your account and its link to your Google or Apple sign-in

Remaining credits are lost and can't be refunded. Google Play subscriptions are cancelled for you. App Store subscriptions can only be cancelled by you: on your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ResumeAI.

Used ResumeAI only as a guest, without signing in? That data isn't linked to an email address, so delete it from the app, or email [email protected] for help. More in our Privacy Policy.
